  • Champion Team Culture: Plan, build, and host signature team engagement events; Mega Team Days, team lunches, weekly Show Shares, themed fun days, summer picnics, movie nights and holiday celebrations. Drive programs that celebrate team wins, birthdays, personal milestones, and company anniversaries. You’ll handle end-to-end logistics, budget tracking and execution.
  • Support EDIB initiatives: Partner with our active EDIB team to organize educational lunch-and-learns and heritage celebrations that honor our diverse staff.
  • Bridge Hybrid Connections: Develop creative ways to maintain studio energy and keep remote and in-studio team members equally engaged.
