Coaches foster inclusive in-person communities at our Studio locations, encouraging members to eat healthily, move more, sleep better, and shift their mindset. Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging workshops using the weekly behavior change curriculum to support members’ journeys.
  • Build community connections on social platforms and seek opportunities for brand partnerships, member recruitment, and awareness at community events.
  • Focus on member recruitment and retention by building relationships and providing support, tools, and products for success.
  • Provide behavior change coaching by making members feel seen, heard, and supported—responding to posts, encouraging reflection, problem-solving, and action planning, and welcoming new members.
What You Bring
  • Social media savvy or content creation skills
  • Passion for wellness; current WW member or eager to become one
  • Excellent active listening skills
  • Experience facilitating groups (preferred)
  • Ability to travel to workshop locations within the territory
  • Interest in a flexible, part-time schedule
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds
