Qualifications

  • Prior production/manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct data analysis using Infinity QS Scorecard.
  • Assist with consumer complaint investigations and maintain logs.
  • Monitor Food Safety activities and documentation.

Job description

We are looking for a new team member who will be reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager. This position will be multi-focused with project work and some daily tasks.

  • This opportunity is for an 8-month contract.

Work schedule is Monday to Friday / 40hours per week.

Responsibilities

  • Infinity QS Scorecard and Data Analysis
  • Assist QA Supervisor with consumer complaint investigation.
  • Maintain the retrieved complaint sample log and ensure proper retention of samples.
  • Monitor routine Food Safety activities and checks
  • Daily Sanitation scorecard
  • Tracking of Annual CPK studies and assist QA Supervisor to ensure completion of same
  • Weekly NCR documentation audit to ensure accuracy.
  • Create Maintenance notifications.
  • Document control for QA Documents
  • Sample shipments
  • Assist with Raw Material and process trials and new product protocols
  • Other associated tasks

Qualifications

  • High school diploma DEC, Bachelor or equivalent in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology (finalized or ongoing)
  • Prior production / manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Food Safety knowledge
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy.
  • MS Office Experience including intermediate Excel skills, SAP.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, oral and written, required.
  • Ability to handle responsibilities and work both independently and as a team member.
  • Strong analytical skills / highly organized
  • Preferably bilingual
