Job summary

The University of Waterloo invites applications for a Student Health Project Coordinator within Campus Wellness - Health Promotion. The role focuses on advancing holistic student health initiatives under the National Standard of Canada for Mental Health and Well-being for Post-Secondary Students.

You will plan, implement, monitor, and report on projects, collaborate across campus, develop communications, and engage students through Be You activations and SAC meetings.

Qualifications

• Completion of post-secondary diploma or degree.
• At least 2 years of project-based work experience.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, monitor, and report on student health projects.
• Coordinate meetings, events, and communications materials.
• Collaborate with Health Promotion, Data Analyst, and campus partners.
• Engage students and support Campus Wellness committees.
• Develop evaluation tools and apply best practices.
