The University of Waterloo seeks a Student Health Project Coordinator to advance holistic student health initiatives and support national standards. You will plan, coordinate, and report on health projects, partnering with Campus Wellness and university partners.

Ideal candidates will have post-secondary education and at least two years of project-based experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects with data-driven evaluation.

Formación

• Completion of post-secondary diploma or degree (or equivalent experience) required.
• At least 2 years of project-based work and support experience with a proven track record.
• Strong MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; excellent administrative and time-management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to research, summarize, and report information; manage multiple projects.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, implement, monitor, and report on identified student health projects with timelines and resources.
• Support marketing, promotion, and outreach of projects to reach students.
• Develop evaluation tools to assess project effectiveness and efficiency.
• Coordinate with Campus Wellness and partners to ensure alignment with the National Standard of Canada for Mental Health and Well-being for Post-Secondary Students.
• Foster partnerships across campus with Health Services, Counselling, and Equity & Inclusion offices.
