Job summary

Northern Lights School Division No 113 is seeking a Hall Monitor at Dene High School in La Loche. The role focuses on supervising students, maintaining a safe, respectful environment, and ensuring students attend and stay in class as required.

Qualifications

• Must have good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist students to be in class on time and to remain in class for the full period.
• Address disruptive student behaviours & speak with students in a supportive way.
• Accompany students to time out space, de-escalation space, administration office, etc.
• Debrief with student support workers, social workers and administration daily.
• Keep accurate records and daily log of activities.
