The ideal candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working in a dynamic environment where flexibility, sensitivity, and teamwork are crucial to achieving our shared goals. This role involves active participation in the Vo-Pak Program (distributing free backpacks to oncology units for new AYA patients on their first day of treatment) and the Special and Last Requests Program. The focus will be on enhancing patient services, gathering feedback, and measuring program impact.

This position is suitable for a second-year CEGEP or university student enrolled in a related field of study, interested in understanding the needs of adolescents and young adults with cancer, and eager to make a difference in their lives. Candidates should have completed at least two years of post-secondary education; knowledge of social and/or patient care services is preferred. Previous volunteering experience is an asset.
