Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, statistics, economics, data analytics, or a combination of equivalent education and experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in a data analysis and/or research role with complex datasets.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI; proficiency in Excel, SQL; Python and/or R are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops Power BI dashboards, visualizations, reports, and analytical products for real-time monitoring and planning.
• Collaborates with multiple departments to interpret findings and refine reporting for usability among stakeholders.
• Works with large datasets to clean, merge, and format data for program evaluation and decision support.
• Advocates equity-informed data collection and analysis practices and ensures data governance and privacy considerations.
