Job summary

Ranch Ehrlo Society Inc. is seeking an Educational Assistant to support students with diverse needs in a full-time, permanent role in Regina.

You will provide supervision, academic support, and compassionate care while acting as a positive role model for students. Working closely with teachers, you will help implement individualized education plans, monitor progress, and assist with behaviour management and crisis de-escalation.

Qualifications

• Requires Grade 12 education.
• 1-2 years of related experience preferred.
• Experience supporting students with diverse needs is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, care, and support to students with complex needs.
• Supervise and engage students in a safe, structured environment.
• Collaborate with teachers to plan and implement education plans.
• Assist in implementing individualized education plans and programming.
• Monitor student progress and support educational goals.
• Document incidents and updates clearly and promptly.
• Administer medications as required and transport students when needed.
