Qualifications

• Designs and participates in screening, outreach, awareness and prevention programs focused on mental health and academic success of the student population.
• Intervenes in order to defuse crises or emergency situations and suggests avenues for resolving them.

Responsibilities

• Conducts psychosocial assessments within the framework of protection supervision of persons.
• Provides short-term counselling to a diverse set of clients dealing with various issues.
• Develops and maintains contacts with health and social services and other partner organizations.
• Collaborates with staff, faculty, and service providers as needed.
