Reporting to the Marquis Road Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include:

1. Demonstrate behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-op's vision, mission, values, and safety principles to make a difference in members' lives, with a customer-focused approach.
2. Provide legendary service through various touchpoints and communication channels.
3. Provide high-performance pump island service; serve guests, dispense fuel and propane, and perform general housekeeping duties.
4. Maintain a neat, clean, and orderly location at all times.
5. Have a good understanding of the pumps, propane, and car wash areas, and train team members on these processes.
6. Follow company policies and procedures.
7. Assist with weekly pump maintenance, including environmental checklists.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.
