This is an exceptional entry-level opportunity to join an organization with an impeccable safety culture. We offer a fully funded program for select individuals to upgrade their G license to a DZ license, enabling them to join our team and support winter and summer operations.

This training will help you acquire your DZ license and develop skills to become a safe and competent winter plow operator. Interested in applying? The minimum qualifications include:

Preference will be given to applicants living in Wawa, White River, Chapleau, Agawa, Thessalon, and Iron Bridge, Ontario, due to the location of this project. If you do not live in these towns, accommodation options are available.

Approved applicants must commit to a minimum employment term.

Ledcor Highways works in various weather conditions; some shift work, on-call, and night shifts will be required.
