Job summary

Dialekta is seeking an Artificial Intelligence Intern to be at the heart of our digital transformation. You'll work with teams to identify automation opportunities, test AI tools, and help colleagues adopt new ways of working.

The internship offers hands-on experience with cutting-edge AI technologies and the chance to create practical internal resources, training materials, and best-practice documents. Strong communications in French and a proactive, independent mindset are ideal as you explore

Qualifications

• Current studies in computer science, software engineering, marketing, administration, or any other field—what matters is your passion for AI
• Curiosity about AI tools and new technologies (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Make, n8n, etc.)
• Ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience
• Independence and resourcefulness
• Strong oral and written communication skills in French
• Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)

Responsibilities

• Support teams in implementing their AI and automation projects
• Identify automation opportunities in existing processes
• Help integrate AI assistants into everyday tools
• Provide support to colleagues on using AI tools
• Create simple educational content as needed to facilitate the adoption of new tools

As an Artificial Intelligence Intern, you’ll be at the heart of our digital transformation. You’ll work directly with teams to identify automation opportunities, test AI tools, and support your colleagues as they adopt new ways of working.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Automation and AI Support

• Support teams in implementing their AI and automation projects
• Identify automation opportunities in existing processes
• Help integrate AI assistants into everyday tools

Internal Training and Support

• Provide support to colleagues on using AI tools
• Create simple educational content as needed to facilitate the adoption of new tools
• Document best practices and build a library of internal resources

Monitoring and Exploration

• Actively monitor new tools and trends in AI
• Share your findings with the team on a regular basis
