Help Shape How We Work

Join the Digital Enterprise Enablement Tools (DEET) team and help drive the future of digital work. You’ll work alongside Product Owners, learn modern ways of working, and contribute to programs that make it easier for teams across the organization to collaborate, innovate, and get things done.

What You’ll Do

• Support digital platforms including Atlassian, Planview, and Wrike
• Solve real business challenges using technology, data, and automation
• Use AI tools and an AI-first mindset to improve how work gets done
• Work on real projects with ownership and accountability from day one
• Learn Agile ways of working and partner with stakeholders across the business
• Participate in planning sessions, team meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Provide frontline support for digital tools, helping users resolve issues and stay productive

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted for. The Base Pay which you will be considered for will vary depending on the Campus program you are selected for.

Eligible Sun Life employees for various Campus Graduate programs will also participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance
