Cameco is seeking a student in the Supply Chain Management department in Saskatoon to support contract administration for various projects. You will assist with onboarding, documentation, and close-outs, and help ensure payments align with contract terms.

The role offers hands-on experience with change orders, performance monitoring, and KPI tracking while developing practical contract management and supply chain skills. It is a hybrid position for eight months starting May 2027.

Competenze

About Us

Cameco is one of the largest global providers of the uranium fuel needed to power a secure energy future. The Role

As a student in the Supply Chain Management department, you will work alongside the contracts team to support the administration and management of contracts for various projects and operations. You will gain hands-on experience with contractor onboarding, change orders, contract close-outs, and performance monitoring while developing practical contract management skills.

In this role, you will:

• Assist with contract administration activities, including contractor onboarding, documentation, and contract close-outs.
• Support the review and reconciliation of payments against contract terms and conditions.
• Assist with preparing contract change orders for changes in scope and other project requirements.
• Help monitor contractor performance and KPIs while gaining practical experience in contract management and supply chain processes.

Required:

• you are currently enrolled in a bachelor of commerce degree program;
• excellent communication, data analysis, and organizational skills;
• proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularity Word and Excel;
• you must be returning to school for the academic semester following your work term with Cameco.

Recommended:

• previous experience or exposure to SAP ERP system.

This is an eight-month full-time temporary student term, starting May 2027 until end of December 2027 .

You will have the opportunity to work hybrid in this position. However, there may be the need for intermittent meetings in the Saskatoon office. The details of this flex work arrangement will be discussed with you in the recruitment process.

Salary Range: $60,898 - $74,952
