The coach will work in collaboration with classroom teachers to model, co-plan, co-teach, and reflect on effective literacy practices that promote inclusive and equitable learning environments.
This role focuses on improving student outcomes by guiding educators in the use of evidence-based teaching practices, assessment, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement through data-informed instruction to determine next steps at the Tier 1 and Tier 2 level.
