• Be a member of the OCCOQ (Order of Career Advisors).
• Demonstrate empathy and active listening.
• Have very good communication skills.
• Knowledge of CSSMB resources.

Responsibilities

• Assess students' interests, aptitudes, abilities, personality, work experiences, and needs.
• Conduct individual or group counseling to help students clarify goals.
• Support students in training and social/professional integration.
• Inform and advise parents on educational and career guidance.
• Collaborate with school team for prevention and intervention.
• Plan and lead information activities about training programs and job market.
• Collaborate with management, teachers, and professionals.
• Analyze student files to guide them in the school system.
• Provide classification recommendations upon integration of new students.
