iA Financial Group is looking for a Student – Business Solutions Advisor to contribute to IT delivery improvements and the practical integration of AI into daily work practices. The role emphasizes collaboration, documentation, and the development of standard templates and guides, while offering a hybrid environment and flexible schedules for students.

You will work 14 to 21 hours per week during academic terms, supporting the evolution of AI-driven processes and ensuring high-quality

Responsibilities

• Acting as an advisor in IT delivery improvement by supporting practices related to business solution delivery and documentation.
• Defining, evolving, and promoting clear, consistent, and practical standards, templates, tools, and best-practice guides.
• Identifying concrete Artificial Intelligence use cases to improve delivery efficiency, as well as the creation, maintenance, and reuse of documentation.
• Implementing practical Artificial Intelligence (AI) use cases to optimize cross-functional processes and documentation practices while enhancing overall quality.
