Job Description

Business Analyst (Special Markets)

The Business Analyst will leverage their technical knowledge and skills to work closely with teams in Special Markets. As the department and our line of business evolve, there is a growing need to balance technical aspects with administrative operations.

This role offers opportunities to troubleshoot, develop, improve processes, and implement new procedures, encouraging creative thinking for sustainable work routines.

Responsibilities include participating in requirements gathering sessions, creating and running reports, developing and documenting processes, guiding technical solutions with IT teams, conducting functional and system tests, supporting users, and assisting with implementation. The role also involves performing quality checks and adhering to the Knowledge Centered Support & Service (KCS) philosophy.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a university program related to Business Administration, Information Technology, or similar
• Knowledge of Client & Customer Resource Management Systems (CRM)
• Advanced skills in Excel and Power BI
• Strong communication skills and adaptability
• Comfortable working independently or in teams, managing multiple tasks

Compensation

The typical hourly rate ranges from $23.00 to $28.00 CAD, depending on experience, skills, and internal equity. The company is committed to fair and market-based compensation, updated annually.
