Ledcor Group is seeking a Structures Manager with 8+ years of experience to lead bridge-related construction projects on a rail corridor in Ontario. You will develop execution plans, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate with designers, clients, and technical teams to ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery.
The role requires strong leadership, communication, and planning skills, with a track record of delivering large heavy civil projects.

Compensation $114,750.00 - $153,000.00 This is the expected base pay range for this role. Individual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience, knowledge, skills, education and location.
