️ What You’ll Be Doing
As an integral part of the maintenance crew, your responsibilities will include:
Executing maintenance, repairs, and modifications—up to and including certification—with precision and adherence to approved processes.
Reporting any un-airworthy conditions or service difficulties promptly.
Using certified, calibrated testing and measuring tools.
Assisting in aircraft marshalling, fueling, and towing.
Keeping your work area clean, safe, and organized.
Taking ownership of your work, signing off with your personal stamp.
Participating in the Safety Management System (SMS) Program Committee when required.
Following all maintenance policies and ensuring compliance with Transport Canada standards.
Prioritizing health and safety regulations at all times.

Graduate of an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer – Structures program from a recognized Canadian institution.
Strong ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks with efficiency.
High attention to detail and commitment to quality—your work meets or exceeds Transport Canada and manufacturer expectations.
Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and strong work ethic.
Solid communication skills (both verbal and written).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
