A structural consulting firm in Kelowna is seeking a Structural Revit/CAD Technologist with a minimum of 3 years of structural drafting/modeling experience in Canada. Responsibilities include producing detailed structural drawings using Revit and AutoCAD, collaborating with engineers, and assembling drawing packages. ROV Consulting Inc. is currently seeking aStructural Revit/CAD Technologistto join our Kelowna office. This is a full-time, in-office position suited for a detail-oriented and collaborative technologist with experience in structural drafting and modeling.
Key Responsibilities
·Produce accurate and detailed structural drawings usingRevitandAutoCAD
·Collaborate with engineers on a wide range of building design projects
·Coordinate and assemble drawing packages for building permit and construction
·Maintain drawing standards and ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle
·Assist with revisions, markups, and as-built drawings
·Support site-related coordination as needed
Qualifications
·Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology or related field
·Minimum 3 years of structural drafting/modeling experiencein Canada (required)
·Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD(required)
·Knowledge of wood frame, concrete, and steel construction
·Understanding of BC Building Code and structural detailing standards
·Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
·Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Assets (Nice to Have)
·Experience with Bluebeam, BIM360, or Navisworks
·Interest in mass timber or sustainable construction
·Familiarity with structural detailing for multi-family or commercial buildings

Pay: $26.90-$55.23 per hour
