Job summary

Airbus recherche un Agent Méthodes Structure pour rejoindre l’équipe Configuration Methods à Mirabel, QC. Vous collaborerez avec les équipes d’ingénierie, qualité et production pour mettre en œuvre des solutions de conception et résoudre des défis en chaîne d’assemblage.

Le poste exige une expérience en configuration aéro­nau­tique, des compétences en gestion de projets et une forte aptitude organisationnelle. Maîtrise du Catia V5, SAP et Google Suite est souhaitée.

Qualifications

• Diplôme exigé: DEC ou Baccalauréat en aéronautique / mécanique.
• Expérience: 5 ans en configuration aéronautique ou domaine connexe.
• Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais à l’oral et à l’écrit.
• Expérience en gestion de projets.
• Capacités organisationnelles et de planification.
• Autonomie, esprit d’équipe et résolution de problèmes.

Responsibilities

• Gestion de projets de moyenne à majeure.
• Gestion des lots structurels et installations.
• Participation au développement de solutions de conception.
• Signature et approbation des modifications de conception.
• Suivi du processus de gestion des changements (notebooks, fichiers d’action, demandes d’outillage).
• Gestion de la réallocation des composants majeurs.

The A220 Commercial Aircraft Program is seeking a Structural Methods Agent to join our Configuration Methods Team based in Mirabel, Quebec, Canada. In this role, you will work closely with the engineering, quality, and production teams.

You will be part of the Configuration Methods Team, responsible for implementing design solutions, resolving assembly line challenges, and improving product quality.

The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.

In your role you will be:

• Projects management medium to major
• Manage major structural work packages;
• Participate in the development of design solutions;
• Be responsible for structural installations;
• Incorporate design changes;
• Sign and approve engineering design modifications;
• Follow the change management process, such as creating notebooks, action files, tooling requests, etc;
• Manage the reallocation of major components.

Your boarding pass:

• You have a DEC (Diplôme d'études collégiales) or a Bachelor's degree specializing in aeronautics (construction, maintenance) or mechanical engineering from a recognized educational institution (CEGEP or university);
• You have 5 years of experience in aeronautical configuration or a related field;
• You have a good command of spoken and written French and English;
• Experiance in projects management
• You have strong organizational and planning skills;
• You are resourceful, autonomous, and have good problem-solving skills;
• You have good judgment and work well in a multidisciplinary team;
• You have experience in project management;
• You are skilled at leading workshops and work sessions;
• You are proficient in Catia V5, SAP, and the Google Suite.

Due to the sector of activity (aerospace), frequent contacts with Airbus entities worldwide, and interactions with suppliers and clients also located across the globe, proficiency in English is required for this position.
