Job Description

We are currently searching for a Structural Inspector in our Vancouver or Kelowna office. You will have an opportunity to work on a wide array of bridge projects. Depending on the candidate, the position may include providing construction inspection for bridge rehabilitation and new bridge construction. You will engage in a collaborative work environment with your team, as well as other disciplines and offices. This opportunity will involve growing and mentoring staff, working with senior staff to grow the construction services practice.

Job Requirements

What you will bring:

  1. Undergraduate degree or diploma in Structural or Civil Engineering from an accredited post-secondary institution OR 3+ years of direct field experience.
  2. Bridge Inspection Certificates considered an asset.
  3. Strong communication and organization skills, including report writing.
  4. Proficient in MS Excel and Word.
  5. Committed team player with the ability to work independently with minimum direction when required.
  6. Attention to detail and ownership of work, both on large and small sized projects.
  7. This position will require travel throughout BC.
  8. Valid driver’s license.
