  2. 10 years of related work experience
  3. Professional Engineer (P. Eng) certification and a PE certification or the ability to obtain within one year
  4. Work experience with AutoCAD or Revit and structural engineering analysis software such as RISA 3D, STAAD Pro, or MathCAD
  5. Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with project team members and clients
  6. Strong technical and problem-solving skills
  7. Attention to detail, accuracy, and completeness
  8. Interest in leading and mentoring early-career engineers

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. 15+ years of related work experience
