Summary
The Structural Engineer II will analyze existing and design new various structures (including Telecommunication Towers and Water Tanks). The candidate will also be responsible for providing quality control review of engineering services performed by other engineers.

Supervisory Responsibilities
This position has no supervisory responsibilities but depending on level of certification may require being in responsible charge of projects and reviewing other engineers work.
Essential Functions
Physical Demands
This is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand, as necessary. While performing the external job duties, the employee is regularly required to be at site locations both on the ground and on building roof tops, sit, stand, walk, use both hands, and reach and raise items above the head, use fingers to feel and handle, talk and hear. While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently is required to stoop, kneel, and crouch, lift weight or exert a force up to a maximum of 35 pounds.
Work Environment
Most work in performed in climate-controlled internal office environment worked under normal office conditions. Less than 5% of work is performed externally, on-site, outdoors, with exposure to the elements of nature.
