The Opportunity
McElhanney Ltd. has a new opportunity for an Intermediate Structural Engineer to enhance our growing team in Kelowna, BC. Reporting directly to our Division Manager, you will collaborate with local and regional teams to deliver a variety of structural engineering pursuits to well-established clients including local governments, provincial ministries and agencies, and crown corporations. As a self-starter who is keen on challenging the status quo, you will find this role to be an amazing opportunity to take your leadership, business development, and technical skills to the next level. The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $140,000 per annum. McElhanney offers fair compensation that is commensurate with the individual’s education, experience, skills, and professional qualifications. The posted base salary/wage range is representative of the required level of qualifications and experience for the position as noted in the job posting. The salary offered will be based on the experience and qualifications of the successful candidate.
