Qualifications
What you'll bring
Educational and Technical Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, specializing in structural design.
- Knowledge of Canadian structural codes and standards.
- Familiarity with design software such as STAAD, RISCA-3D, PCA, Mathcad, and AutoCAD.
- Comfortable working around industrial equipment and in active facility environments.
Soft Skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a practical, value-driven approach.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and collaborate within a team-oriented environment.
Experience
- 0–5 years of relevant experience in structural design or analysis, preferably related to facilities or buildings.
- Exposure to steel and concrete structures is an asset.
