Are you a senior structural engineering student ready to apply what you’ve learned to real-world projects?
Join us at co-elevate as a Structural Design Co-op, where you'll be part of a small, tight-knit Scrum team working on real projects from day one. Whether it's designing buildings, industrial facilities, or retrofitting heritage structures, you'll gain hands-on experience and exposure to the full design process.
Why co-elevate?
We're reimagining what engineering consultancy can be- highly technical, deeply human, and built for the long game. We prioritize work-life harmony, shared ownership of ideas, and a culture where people grow together. If you're nearing the end of your degree, have a solid foundation in structural design, and are looking for a term where you’ll
truly apply your skills and grow, we’d love to hear from you.

- A daily break for a game of Wii or Lego time, or a puzzle (the current office activity of choice)
- Join team events like potlucks, lunch & learns, or book club
- Help prepare engineering documents and coordinate with the project team
- Other duties as assigned/required - no coffee runs here

- Prior co-op or hands-on experience in structural design preferred
- Strong technical aptitude and mechanical curiosity
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
- Eager to learn and ready to contribute to real project work
This is a paid co-op/internship position with a salary of $25-$29/hour, based on experience. The length of the term is
flexible for the right person—we welcome applications for
4, 8, or 12-month placements.
We know your time is valuable, and we want you to get the most out of your term with us- not just billable hours. We make space in the day for learning, collaboration, and team connection. You'll also have the freedom to actually log off at a reasonable hour (and yes, optional half-day Fridays are a thing). Parking is included, and you'll be part of our monthly social activities too.
