Job Description

Join CIMA+'s Structural Building team and work on our projects located in Montreal area, but also accross the province of Quebec. As a drafter, you'll work on various regional and provincial projects of all sizes, in the residential, commercial and institutional sectors.

Working at CIMA+, you will collaborate with a highly qualified team in the development of solutions tailored to our customers' needs. You'll grow quickly in an environment where responsibility, autonomy and trust are strongly encouraged.

We offer a flexible hybrid work model, enabling you to work from home and from one of our office (Montreal, Laval or Longueuil).

Primary Responsibilities

• Participate in the design and preparation of plans and specifications for structural building
• Design models and plans using Revit and AutoCAD software
• Monitor the preparation and quality of plans
• Participate in coordination with other disciplines (architecture, electricity, mechanic, etc.)
• Perform site surveys and drawing
• Conduct site visits to collect data.
  
  

Qualifications

• Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS) in building drafting or Diploma of Collegial Studies (DCS) in structure
• A minimum of five year's relevant experience
• Relevant drafting experience on structural building projects
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD software
• Proficiency in spoken and written French
• ASP Construction card
• Valid driver's license
