Job Description
We are seeking Structural Assemblers to bring their expertise to our team, embodying our core values. Your role will be pivotal in a team where every member's contribution drives us forward and leads to our collective success.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for structural installation, assembly, and subassemblies of aircraft systems, parts, and components for an assigned project and station area.
- Use technical data and instructions provided by the Client / Aircraft manufacturer.
- Use templates and position components from PVA, Engineering Service drawings, or any other materials provided by the Methods Department.
- Read and interpret plans or the manufacturing file.
- Adapt your work to various types of assembly: large / small components.
- Adjust and use manual or automated machines and tools according to the work to be done.
- Assemble metal and/or composites parts according to the technical specifications provided by the client:
- Install required fasteners; drill holes; ensure the right products are used for assembling (bolts, tempered or mechanical rivets, screws, or accessories for fixing, supporting, or hanging components and sub-sets).
- Ensure the right products are used for assembling (sealants, bonding, corrosion, paint).
- Ensure the conformity of the assemblies with respect to the manufacturing file.
- Inspect and check the installed units, parts, and equipment to ensure fit, performance, and compliance with the standards in the technical documentation.
- Comply with quality standards and production rates.
- Respect health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Report any discrepancies or irregularities.
Skills And Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Assembler in the Aeronautics field.
- Vocational diploma in aeronautical structure assembly or equivalent.
- Excellent knowledge of reading drawings.
- Dexterous with good attention to detail.
- Quick thinker.
- Bilingual in French and English is an asset.

- At least 5 years experience as an Assembler in the field of Aeronautics.
