Our client is looking to recruit a Strong / Leading Project Manager to join the team!

Responsibilities:

1. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including construction of hotels, commercial, and restaurant projects, from ground up.
2. Bring additional business from existing clients.
3. Prepare and execute construction projects from pre-construction to post-construction, including scheduling, budgeting, invoice review, cost forecasting, and reporting to the executive team.
4. Coordinate all phases of construction: pre-construction, construction, and closeout.
5. Experience with building commercial kitchens.

Requirements:

• Intimate familiarity with construction, tenant improvements of commercial and residential projects, and ground-up construction.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Understanding all roles from a project management perspective.
• Manage clients, consultants, project team members, subcontractors, governing parties, and landlords.
• Fully versed and/or certified in site safety requirements, including working at heights, WHMIS, and basic supervision.
• Experience with structural and shell space construction.
• Proficiency with ProCore, Timberline/Sage, and MS Office/Project.
• Must have a car with a valid license and insurance.

Additional considerations include equipment requirements and code compliance.

Note: Experience with building commercial kitchens is a plus.
