What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and execute the end-to-end partnership strategy, from identifying new opportunities to negotiation, execution, and optimization.
  • Own the full partnership lifecycle, including outreach, onboarding, relationship management, and performance tracking.
  • Identify and prioritize strategic partners such as accounting firms, fractional CFOs, SaaS companies, incubators, product aggregators, and VCs to drive user acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Design and implement scalable partnership programs, including co-marketing initiatives, integrations, referral programs, and joint product initiatives.
  • Negotiate and structure deals to maximize long-term value while aligning with company goals.
  • Track, analyze, and report on partnership performance, leveraging data to optimize strategies and improve outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, strategic partnerships, business development, or a related role (fintech or B2B SaaS experience preferred).
  • Proven track record of building and managing high-impact partnerships that drive measurable business results.
  • Strong negotiation and deal-making skills, with the ability to navigate complex partnerships.
  • Experience in designing and launching partnership programs, including co-marketing, integrations, and revenue-sharing models.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track and optimize partnership performance using data-driven insights.
  • Self-starter mindset, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of the function.
