Description

TELUS Partner Solutions (TPS) is the wholesale division of TELUS. We work with Canadian, American and international organizations to enhance their product offering and to engineer a broad range of possibilities for them and their end customers. We are searching for a highly motivated self-starter with a growth mindset who is passionate, results-orientated and has a keen sense of curiosity.

As a Strategy Manager within the Partner Solutions team, you will play a key role in translating business strategy into operational execution, driving revenue growth, and delivering measurable outcomes. In this role, you will:

  • Support the development and preparation of strategic materials and performance updates for senior leadership, enabling informed decision-making at the Executive level
  • Collaborate across stakeholder groups to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging, working closely with internal communications leads to cascade strategic updates across the business unit
  • Prepare and deliver performance reports for TELUS’ Executive Leadership Team on a recurring basis (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, depending on business needs)
  • Lead special projects on behalf of the leadership team—these may include high-priority corporate initiatives, urgent strategic pivots, or key process improvements

This is a high-impact, remote work, cross-functional role that requires strong analytical, communication, and project management skills, along with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders.

What YOU will do:

Strategic Analysis & Business Planning

  • Analyze order management processes and results for TELUS Data Services to identify patterns, friction points, and areas for improvement
  • Support the development of executive-level strategic plans and performance updates through scenario modeling, forecasting, and data-driven storytelling
  • Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate and support cross-team improvement initiatives
  • Develop scenario based analysis and recommendations, based on key performance trends and predictive analytics

Insights & Presentation Development

  • Translate order and revenue performance data into clear visuals (e.g., bar charts, tables, dashboards) for presentations and briefings
  • Build concise and impactful performance summaries for TELUS Leadership Team
  • Partner with communications leads to develop accessible and compelling materials for internal stakeholders

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work across TELUS teams to align tactical and strategic priorities
  • Lead special projects assigned by leadership, delivering insights and implementation plans
  • Support benchmarking and process optimization efforts, contributing to cross-unit best practice sharing
Qualifications

What YOU bring

Your Skills & Experience

  • 3–5 years in business strategy, operations, or a related analytical role
  • Strong analytical and process-oriented mindset; experience analyzing order workflows and identifying improvement opportunities is a plus
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills using Google Slides/Sheets or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Lookerstudio, Google Analytics)
  • Able to develop and interpret business models and scenario-based recommendations
  • Hands on experience working with MS office, pivot tables, to uncover insights by correlating massive amount of data (expertise in programming languages such as python or sql is an asset)
  • Collaborative and able to work across teams with clarity and purpose
  • Basic knowledge of financial concepts (e.g., budgets, cost/benefit, P&L analysis)
  • Enjoy working in a high-performing, fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment
  • Highly motivated, creative, self-sufficient with ability to work successfully under pressure
  • Demonstrates critical thinking, creative problem solving and willingness to ensure results
  • Strong time management and organization skills
  • Growth mindset and curiosity to learn new things as well as thoughtfully challenge status quo

Candidate Qualifications

Education

  • University degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
  • Lean Six Sigma trained or certified (considered an asset)

Experience

  • Experience in telecom or enterprise services (particularly Data Services)
  • Familiarity with TELUS systems, order processes, or B2B operations is a strong plus
  • Ability to communicate in French (considered an asset)

Salary Range: $78,000-$116,000

Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 12%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience. In addition, TELUS offers rewarding benefits, which may vary per job function, such as:
