About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic, systems-minded, and analytically driven leader to join Twig as our Strategy & Insights Lead. In this newly created role, you will serve as the connection across data, digital tools, patient experience, and operational strategy; helping us scale intelligently and stay deeply attuned to what patients and staff need.

You’ll build and own the infrastructure that transforms data into action, surface insights that shape patient experience and growth strategy, and lead the design and implementation of digital initiatives that improve how we work and how patients experience care.

This is a cross-functional, high-ownership role with visibility across every part of the business.

In this role, you will focus on:

Strategy & Insights

• Translate business questions into clear analysis, insights, and action plans
• Provide decision support and scenario planning to guide growth, new service & product launches, operational performance, and site expansion
• Assist with Twig’s strategic roadmap across clinic sites and corporate initiatives

Data Infrastructure & Reporting

• Own the design and delivery of cross-functional dashboards (e.g., patient funnel, operational KPIs, NPS, growth)
• Centralize and interpret data from EMRs, booking platforms, CRM tools, marketing systems, and financial data sources
• Partner with clinical, operations, marketing, and finance teams to define and monitor performance metrics
• Build scalable data workflows that integrate systems like EMR, scheduling software, CRM, and web analytics
• Create recurring and ad hoc reports that turn complexity into clarity for leadership and clinic teams
• Develop frameworks for forecasting & initiative tracking
• Identify bottlenecks and high-leverage opportunities through visual storytelling and insights

Digital Systems & Experience Optimization

• Oversee rollout and optimization of internal tools (e.g., clinical decision support systems, patient surveys, AI-based automation)
• Evaluate and manage vendor tools and systems as needed (e.g., scheduling, survey, portal, communication platforms)
• Optimize patient journey touchpoints through digital means; improving access, personalization, efficiency, and feedback loops
• Lead cross-functional evaluations of digital tools that improve communication, staff productivity, or patient satisfaction
• Ensure all digital initiatives are grounded in user insight and designed for measurable outcomes
• Pilot and scale service innovations across clinics to support operational and experiential excellence

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Act as a strategic partner to the Director of Clinic Ops, Marketing Leads, and Finance Leads
• Facilitate workshops and projects that align clinic teams around shared goals, experience design, and innovation
• Work closely with frontline staff to validate data, insights, and digital initiatives; ensuring solutions are practical, inclusive, and impactful

Who You Are

• 7–10 years of progressive experience across strategy, analytics, digital operations, or product leadership roles
• Proven ability to build and lead cross-functional initiatives in complex, regulated environments
• Fluent in working with data platforms (e.g., QuickSight, SQL, Looker, Power BI) and experienced in transforming data into action
• A natural systems thinker who enjoys connecting dots between teams, tools, and insights
• Comfortable toggling between detail and big picture; equally confident presenting to the CEO or shadowing staff
• Experience in healthcare, fertility, SaaS, or service-based industries is preferred.
• A humble, collaborative teammate who believes in using data and empathy to drive better care
