Position Summary:
A key member of Holland Bloorview’s strategy team, the strategy implementation lead will be responsible for driving the execution of key strategic initiatives across the hospital. This role requires advanced strategic thinking, in-depth understanding of the healthcare environment, strong project management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. The position holder will be responsible for supporting strategic projects associated with 1) our commitment to environmental sustainability and 2) our approved plans to redesign clinical work and treatment spaces to meet the evolving needs of programs across the hospital.
This position will appeal to candidates interested in growing their leadership skills through the execution of short-term strategic projects. This is a contract position ending March 31, 2026, with atemporary full-time or part-time schedule (between 0.8-1.0FTE) with the potential for renewal.
