What is the Opportunity?

The Architecture Strategy Team plays a pivotal role in aligning enterprise technology initiatives with business goals, optimizing IT investments, and ensuring scalable, sustainable technology infrastructure within the organization. Supports in creating an adaptable, robust, and aligned architecture strategy that drives digital transformation, engineering excellence and long-term value.

The Strategy & Delivery Manager on the Architecture Strategy Team is instrumental in driving the execution of technology initiatives that align with our enterprise architecture strategy. This role focuses on strategic planning, roadmap development, and the delivery of transformational projects within the Enterprise Architecture mandate.

What will you do?

• Manage the delivery of architectural projects, maintaining timelines, and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Support the development and communication of the architectural vision and strategy to key stakeholders.
• Drive strategic planning and the creation of detailed roadmaps for Data, AI, Application, and Security architecture functions.
• Ensure the alignment of business and IT objectives, fostering a collaborative environment for digital transformation.
• Support the governance and operational aspects of the architecture strategy execution to ensure efficiency and compliance.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field with a strong understanding of IT and business alignment.
• Proven experience in strategic planning, project delivery, and stakeholder management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage initiatives and deliver results in a complex organizational environment.
• Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to conceptualize both big-picture strategies and granular details.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and deck-making skills.
• Experience in Agile methodologies and project management frameworks is highly valuable.
