A dynamic firm is seeking a highly motivated Strategy & Content Specialist to support their Strategy Team in creating impactful presentations for the banking sector. The ideal candidate will synthesize ideas, craft narratives, and develop materials that drive executive decision-making. Strong skills in PowerPoint and clear communication are necessary, along with at least 3 years of relevant experience in strategy, consulting, or content development. This is a 3-month, on-site position with potential for growth.
We are seeking a highly motivated Strategy & Content Specialist to support our client’s Strategy Team in developing compelling, high-impact strategic presentations within the banking sector. This individual will play a critical role in synthesizing ideas, crafting clear and persuasive narratives, and producing presentation materials that enable executive-level decision-making and drive cross-functional alignment.
Key Responsibilities :
Collaborate with the strategy team to develop and refine key messaging and strategic narratives.
Create visually engaging and intellectually compelling PowerPoint presentations and executive decks.
Translate complex data, insights, and strategic concepts into clear, concise, and persuasive content.
Conduct research and competitive analysis to support strategic initiatives.
Work cross-functionally with various departments to gather input and ensure alignment on messaging.
Support the team in workshop planning, stakeholder engagement materials, and storytelling frameworks
3+ years in a strategy, consulting, communications, or content development role.
Strong proficiency in PowerPoint with a sharp eye for visual storytelling and layout.
Excellent writing and content development skills, especially for executive audiences.
Ability to think strategically and structure presentations with a clear logic and flow.
Experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or similar is a plus.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with shifting priorities.
Nice to Have :
Experience working with C-level stakeholders.
Familiarity with brand messaging, business storytelling, or internal comms.
Design tools like Figma, Adobe Suite, or Canva for light visual work.
