What will you do?
- Coordinate across teams to gather key information from multiple stakeholders and conduct analysis to support building compelling presentations.
- Leverage appropriate tools to prepare materials (including articles, infographics, videos, emails, surveys, RBC Connect, etc.) to celebrate the teams’ accomplishments.
- Distill broad concepts or problems into concise business stories that can be communicated across a wide range of audiences, from employees to executives.
- Facilitate deep dives into key topics to gather content and develop an understanding that can be shared with stakeholders.
- Plan and deliver high-impact sessions that will have a meaningful impact for attendees across regions (in-person and virtual sessions, for town halls, offsites, employee engagement, and more).
- Partner and collaborate closely with all relevant internal stakeholders to deliver top-tier presentations for senior executives.
- Maintain Confluence, SharePoint, and RBC Connect sites to grow employee engagement.
What do you need to succeed? Must-have
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in strategy, branding, marketing, project management, and/or communications roles.
- Self-starter, highly flexible, detail-oriented, comfortable with change and leading through ambiguity, with the ability to multi-task under tight deadlines and deliver accurate, complete work.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships and effectively partner across the organization.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills with strong proficiency in MS PowerPoint.
- Strategic thinker with excellent planning, organization, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment; comfortable with change and leading through ambiguity.
Nice-to-have
- Financial Services or Technology experience.
- Experience with Consulting Advisory Services, Strategy development and execution, Business Process Management, Target Operating Model, Design Thinking frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma).
- Experience with strategy development or project management in a consulting environment.
- Experience identifying and delivering revenue or cost-saving benefits.
- Event management experience.
