A leading company in the electrical industry seeks a Business Development Manager for the Mobility segment in Canada. This role focuses on developing long-term strategies, securing orders, and maintaining customer relationships across various mobility sectors. This position is accountable for the Mobility segment in Canada, reporting to the Power System division. The focus is on Mobility across the entire Schneider Electric scope. Priority is given to delivering on segment expectations, developing long-term strategies, strategic partnerships, and playbook for the Mobility segment, while securing orders for the entire Schneider Electric scope with existing accounts and channels. Ensuring involvement with all internal functions and business units, developing strong customer relationships, and following marketing and sales fundamentals are key to success in this position.
The salary range for Quebec residents is $160,000-$240,000, including base pay and short-term incentives. Compensation is based on responsibility, experience, skills, and education.
