The ideal candidate has a related bachelor's degree and at least one year of experience, plus a Mutual Fund Representative certificate.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Minimum of one year of relevant experience.
Mutual fund representative certificate – Autorité des marchés financiers.
Knowledge of French is required.
Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain lasting and trusting business relationships with members and clients.
Listen to members’ and clients’ needs and provide advice suited to their financial situation.
Help members and clients choose appropriate solutions to meet their financial goals.
Develop strategies and recommend investments, loans and insurance products.
Balance member/client satisfaction, business objectives, profitability and prudent risk management.
Work with partners and experts to design integrated strategies.
Advise members and clients on the best strategies and identify expected results.
Manage business relationships and assess member/client satisfaction and service quality.
Follow up and identify areas for improvement.
Stay up-to-date on the financial services industry, market trends and best practices.
Participate in outreach activities and represent the caisse in the community.
