Job summary

ATCO Frontec is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to provide procurement and sourcing support to operational and project teams across Canada. You will coordinate purchasing, supplier engagement, contract administration, market research, reporting and project mobilization while ensuring compliance with ATCO policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement and strategic sourcing in a fast-paced, project-based environment.
• Experience supporting contract administration or contract management activities.
• Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, supply chain, engineering or related field; equivalent combo may be considered.
• Strong communication and relationship-building across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide procurement and sourcing support to stakeholders across corporate, operational, construction, and project locations.
• Engage suppliers and contractors to source goods and services that meet business, project, quality, cost and delivery requirements.
• Obtain and evaluate pricing, delivery information, commercial terms, and supplier capabilities.
• Support negotiation of favourable quality, cost, payment, and delivery terms.
• Coordinate development and administration of supplier agreements and contracts with internal teams.
• Review requests for goods and services with internal customers and provide timely procurement support.
• Conduct market research to understand supplier capabilities, pricing trends, and sourcing options.
• Partner with stakeholders and suppliers to mobilize and execute new projects.
• Support spend analysis, KPIs, pricing reviews, and strategic sourcing opportunities.
• Participate in supplier performance reviews and identify process improvements.
• Assist internal stakeholders in resolving procurement-related issues.
• Maintain procurement records, system information and reports.
• Ensure compliance with ATCO procurement policies and standards.
