Job summary

Groupe Dynamite Inc. in Montréal is seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to drive continuous improvement of our Product Lifecycle Management system (Bamboo Rose) and to support 3PL integrations within Supply Chain initiatives.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to analyze needs, design scalable solutions, define test strategies, and assist incident resolution, contributing to a forward-looking PLM roadmap aligned with our growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail organization.
• Bamboo Rose knowledge is a plus.
• Familiar with PLM process from design to PO and PL creation.
• Technical expertise in SQL and integrations (API, xml).
• Experience working directly with end business users to bring complex systems projects to completion.
• Strong understanding of people, processes, and technology needed to implement change.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and functional expertise to optimize PLM systems and data integrity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define scalable system solutions for supply chain applications.
• Define and execute test strategies for UAT and validation with QA and business teams.
• Own incident resolution for the application portfolio and coordinate with third-party support.
• Contribute to the PLM roadmap aligned with the supply chain vision.
