Job summary

Bombardier is seeking a Business Systems Analyst – Internal Logistics to optimize logistics data and ERP integrity in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will analyze logistics requirements, implement process improvements, and collaborate across Logistics, Supply, Methods, Industrial Engineering, and Quality to drive efficiency.

Fluent in French and English, you will support tools, data quality, and ERP governance while participating in internal logistics projects and training users on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in operations management or project management.
• Strong knowledge of SAP ERP and Excel.
• Bilingual in French and English.
• Good communication and teamwork in multidisciplinary settings.
• Programming knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the needs of the Logistics teams and propose solutions and process improvements.
• Analyze the quality of data in the ERP and maintain the integrity of the parameters.
• Define and maintain performance indicators based on the quality of information in our ERP system and our internal processes.
• Develop and participate in logistics and material flow projects in collaboration with the various functions of the company (Logistic, supply, methods, Industrial Engineering, Quality).
• Support new tools implantation in our Bombardier manufacturing system.
• Support users in the application of processes.
