Job summary

Voith Group in Brossard, QC, seeks a Supplier Relationship Manager to oversee key supplier relationships and drive performance improvements across the hydro supply chain. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor metrics, and support supplier development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM, Business Admin, Eng, or related field.
• 5–8 years in supplier management, procurement, or sourcing.
• Knowledge of supplier performance metrics and corrective actions.
• Experience in hydroelectric/industrial environments is a plus.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain supplier relationship management processes for key and strategic suppliers.
• Monitor delivery, quality, responsiveness, corrective actions, and capacity metrics.
• Prepare and maintain supplier scorecards, dashboards, and reports.
• Facilitate supplier review meetings and action item follow-ups.
• Manage supplier improvement plans and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, and PM teams to address issues.
• Coordinate supplier assessments and qualification activities.
