Job summary

SYSTRA Canada is seeking a Specialized Interfaces Manager to oversee senior‑level relationships and strategic interfaces for the ALTO corridor. You will coordinate across Ontario and Québec ministries, utilities, and public‑sector partners to align commitments, track decisions, and manage escalation where needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical engineering or a related discipline.
• 20+ years of experience in stakeholder management, external interfaces, or major program coordination.
• Experience in large linear infrastructure projects (rail, transit, highways, energy).
• Strong understanding of multi‑jurisdictional project environments involving Ontario and Québec stakeholders.
• Experience supporting executive briefings, negotiations, governance forums.
• Experience managing interface registers, action trackers, and escalation processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic stakeholder relationships across Ontario and Québec.
• Act as primary project contact for designated senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate engagement with technical, commercial, legal, communications, and governance teams.
• Identify and manage strategic interfaces impacting scope, design, costs, and schedule.
• Track commitments, approvals, and decisions with governance channels.
• Support negotiations and agreement frameworks for major utility or energy interfaces.
• Develop stakeholder status reports and participate in governance forums.
