Job summary

Cosmetica, a lead in cosmetics manufacturing, is seeking a Sourcing Specialist in Ontario to grow procurement scope through efficient processes and cross-functional collaboration. Report to the Sourcing Manager and collaborate with Operations, Finance, Engineering, and Logistics to optimize supply channels and minimize costs.

You will manage supplier performance, lead tender efforts, and implement data-driven improvements across the procurement lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in business or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years procurement experience in a buyer role.
• Category management and supply chain understanding.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage PO process and supplier relationships.
• Support sourcing, tender management, and contract prep.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain.
• Track supplier performance and data analytics.
