Job summary

lululemon's Global Procurement team seeks a Sr. Sourcing Specialist to drive cost optimization and supplier inclusion for non-product services. Based at the Store Support Centre in Canada, you will lead end-to-end sourcing projects and build strong cross-functional partnerships.

You will analyze market data, negotiate agreements, and develop category strategies with the Category Manager. The role requires 3+ years in procurement, strong communication, and proficiency with Power BI and P2P

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field required.
• SCMP, MBA, or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years in a procurement role; international scale experience a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools; Power BI and Smartsheet highly valued.
• Experience with P2P, e-sourcing, and CLM systems.

Responsibilities

• Building relationships with suppliers, business units, and cross-functional partners (Legal, FP&A, Cybersecurity, and others).
• Understanding negotiation strategies through leverage scenarios (Porter’s five forces).
• Leading and managing end-to-end procurement projects (RFx’s, contract negations and renewals).
• Support the development and execution of category and sourcing strategies with analytics.
• Leveraging market intelligence, spend data, and other resources to identify savings opportunities.
• Communicating with business and FP&A to gather requirements, align on sourcing strategies, and select suppliers.
• Providing timely updates for Spendcube, SRM, and contract repositories.
