The Global Procurement team are trusted business advisors who strategically partner with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to create value and mitigate risk in strategic non-product purchases for the global organization. The team supports the business in increasing its profitability and return on investment by creating value in our indirect supply chain through sourcing and negotiation. From providing category expertise, market insights, cost savings opportunities & developing short and long-term strategies, the Global Procurement team supports the business with their supplier relationships.
Reporting to the Procurement Director, Corporate Services & Marketing as part of the Procurement team, the Sr. Sourcing Specialist will play a critical role in driving cost optimization, promoting supplier inclusion & diversity, and ensuring risk mitigation. Working closely with the Category Manager and building relationships across multiple cross-functional teams, the Sr. Sourcing Specialist will leverage market intelligence and data analysis to identify areas of opportunities, develop and execute category and/or sourcing strategies, negotiate optimal value for non-product-related goods or services.

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this position is from$88,200 - $115,800annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
