The Strategic Sales Development Program is a full-time, entry-level role designed to provide hands-on learning, mentorship, and support, preparing you for a successful career at EMCO. The ideal candidate is hardworking, a quick learner, personable, and collaborative, with a focus on sales. Graduates of the program have advanced into roles such as Senior Account Managers, Technical Sales Specialists, Purchasers, and Operations Managers.
You will progress through a 5-phase program covering shipping, sales, operations, purchasing, and account management.
Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000, based on total compensation including performance-based profit sharing.
